FaithConnector has been an awesome decision for us. We wanted to be able to offer a lot of services to our congregation, but we did not want to have to build and maintain a huge back end. FaithConnector has built a fantastic service. We just picked a design, provided some images and we were online in no time. We were then able to add content and maintain the site through a very easy to navigate and understand interface. Our Administrator keeps all the calendars and announcements up to date without having to know a bunch of HTML - if you can fill out a form online, you can do this.
If you sign up, you will see that they are always improving service. I get e-mails constantly telling me about new features that have been added or improved. If there is a feature or service you want but didn't see available, chances are they are already working on it. And the customer support is awesome.
I can say with confidence that Faith Connector will be one of the easiest decisions you will ever make.

Our church had struggled for 3 years to get a website up and running. We poured time, effort, and money into a company month after month that did not care about us. Their customer service was terrible, and after more than 3 years, we still did not have a completed and functional website.
Shortly after I came on staff, I decided that we needed to make a change. Another church in our denomination had a very attractive website; I saw that it was designed and hosted by FaithConnector. I decided to check out their site, and I was extremely pleased with their prices, features, and after a few phone calls and e-mails, their customer support as well.
Within a few short weeks we had a fully functional, attractive, and easy to manage website. Our website is a huge tool our church uses every week. We are able to update an events calendar, post announcements, stories, staff bios, as well as mission videos. One of the biggest features we use every week are custom forms. We use these forms in just about every ministry our church has.
I do not want any other church to go through the same difficult times our church did in starting a website. The more churches and ministries that utilize the services and great customer support of FaithConnector, the better for them.
I can testify to the fact, that in two years, I cannot recall one time that our site has been down. I also cannot recall a time where I did not receive a phone call or email back within at least one hour of my initial contact. In most cases FaithConnector Customer Support has always answered my calls and I have very rarely had to leave a message for them to call me back, on top of that, FaithConnector has always answered my questions and has in some cases assisted me with our website in some respects that they were not required to.
Again, I cannot stress enough how good their services have been and urge any church considering their services to move forward as soon as you can!
